Continuity Long Term Care Facility Rotation
Welcome to the Continuity rotation!
This rotation is once a month at one of our long term care facilities. Residents will work under the supervision of our geriatricans at one of three different facilities:
- Dr. M. Rosina Finley at Morningside Manor
- Dr. Kathleen Owings at Airforce Village
- Drs. Liliana Oakes and Robert Parker at Buena Vida
